Duration: Each work shop is for 8 hours

Leadership is not something we do. It comes from a deeper reality within – our values, principles, and life experiences – it is our whole person in action. In other words, we lead from who we are. Apart from managing, leading and motivating people, it's also important that we help others learn, grow and become more effective in their jobs.

On the one hand, there are many senior managers with knowledge, experience and wisdom. In order to gain vertical mobility in business, leaders need to get connected to the right people, the right stories, the best information, and the wisdoms of successful business decisions. They have much to offer. So, aspiring leaders need to gain access to this information and perspectives on business excellence.

On the other hand, new managers in a senior capacity often “fly in” and are hired in the hope that they would further enhance company productivity. However, these new persons have no history of the company and therefore may be lacking in the perspective necessary for the best decision making.
